The air condition ceiling casette ist damaged by carriage. After recieve i make picture of the packet and the air condition, that show the bad condition of both, Immediatly. I repordet the damage 4 hours later by the dealer. More than 10 workingdays later i get the decision, that the damage is bad luck for me, but i shoult also be glad, pherhaps the funtional components still working.
