Avrebbe potuto contattarci e segnalarci la mancata ricezione dell'ordine: avremmo potuto porre le nostre rimostranze al corriere e avremmo potuto sollecitare la consegna. Daikin HPC FWXT15 did not include wall controller as sales staff assured me it does. When confronted with evidence, not much was done beside sell me a controller that made the HPC 20% more expensive...

Product is as expected--Daikin HPC, price was excellent (for a moment). Until, despite my numerous attempts to proactively make sure controls as included, I received an HPC without its much needed wall control--was assured it is included in the package. Was forced to purchase the controller as a separate item which made the HPC 20% more expensive...
