Hi. I am long-term customer form this store. the only missing fact is not a clear description and lack of manuals, so it is very hard to make a design decision., last time I have an issue with missed information about a particular controller. So there was no info about it, this led to very long delays and I am losing my rating because of that. Delivery time is as well always shifted. I would recommend rebuilding the website with clear information regarding shipping time and more technical information about the devices.
