Der Bestellvorgang war einfach und hat gut geklappt. Das Apex 40 Complete hatte nicht die beschriebenen Komponenten darauf, zwar gleichwertige, aber mein Sohn war sehr enttäuscht. Wir fragten per e-Mail nach, worauf sich dann der Manager persönlich meldete und uns offerierte, umgehend die "richtigen" Achsen gratis nachzuliefern. Dies freut uns sehr. Danke vielmals für diesen tollen Service!!

I bought form them skates, longboards, Sup, skis - for me, my husbands and my kids...I would love to buy all Sportmania products! The products I like the most: land paddling (pohaku big stick) and freelines as I find them so cool. I would love to try the new huffy slider and the inflatable wind SUP Mistral super light. They are always adding new stuff!

Le conseil au magasin est nul. J'ai voulu essayer des chaussures de skating, on m'a présenté des chaussures pour du ski de fond classique. Le vendeur ne connaissait pas les longueurs de bâtons pour ma taille. ... Et je suis reparti avec des skis de fond classique au lieu de la paire de skating que je venais de payer !

Vous nous avez acheté des skis Fischer CRS, et les modèles skating et classic se ressemblent beaucoup d'où la confusion de notre vendeur qui était encore en formation à l'époque.
