I didnt receive yet my crampons, so how could I give a feedback? The only thing I can say is that I paid around 30 Eur ( !!)for the courier and from switzerland to Italy Milan,after 6 days I’m still waiting

Thank you for your feedback. We shipped the products immediately after your order and it arrived after 7 days . As it is written in our website, 7 days is the expected delivery time in countries such as Italy or France. Sometimes is shorter but in your case, the parcel was delayed at the custom. Unfortunately we cannot control the delivery time precisely when a product has to pass the customs, that's why announce 7 days. In Switzerland we ship 99% of our products after 24h. We really apologize if it was not clear.
