Après avoir constaté un défaut sur la marchandise réceptionnée. J'ai contacté l'équipe de Sportmania qui a pris la chose très au sérieux et m'a proposé une solution satisfaisante. Le problème a été réglé dans un délais très court. Sympa, professionnel, rapide.

Ich habe den Ski am 26.12.19 bestellt, da im mail versichert wurde, dass ich ihn im schlimmsten Fall am 30.12.19 erhalten würde. Doch am 4.1.2020 hatte ich immer noch keinen Ski. So musste ich mit dem alten Ski in die Ferien fahren. Ich war sehr enttäuscht.

Online experience was good. Decided to go to the store in Lausanne and staff (owner?) was very helpful. Store had a great selection of products, but was a bit unorganized, likely because most sales are online. Checkout and account creation was easy. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience in site navigation was very good. The positives include the cheaper discount price as well as the availability of an out of stock product at Burton site, Amazon, Bluetomato & Warehouse.de The only issue was that the estimated shipping date was not accurate. The Site informed me of 2-3 business days while sending an email to customer service the estimated shipping time was 8-10 days. Indicatively, shipping costs were approximately € 30 for a product which cost € 425.

Le conseiller a bien réussi à comprendre et cerner le type de ski que je recherchais, m'a proposé 5 paires puis m'a aidé à réduire à deux puis à faire un choix définitif. En 30 minutes l'affaire était faite à ma grande satisfaction.
