Purchased item: Ski Rossignol Hero Elite LT Ti 17/18 + NX 12 Konnect Dual

Very technical ski for advanced skiers. A lot of grip (sometimes too much), great acceleration when going out of the turn. Unfortunately, not available in a bigger size then 183cm. I would need rather 190-195 cm (I am 193cm tall) ski for better stability at high speeds.

Purchased item: Ski Rossignol Hero Elite LT Ti 17/18 + NX 12 Konnect Dual

Je viens de ski free ride plutôt large en spatule et depuis quelques années je ne ski quasiment que sur piste avec mes enfants encore jeunes. Alors pourquoi pas un ski de piste et pourquoi pas ce Rossignol bien noté sur tous les sites spécialisés. Ben, pour des skis de piste ça marche plutôt bien même très bien les courbes sont "taillé au scalpel" comme décrit dans plusieurs forums ce que j'ai pu vérifier, le déclenchement et très réactif comparé à mes free ride et sur la piste tout se passe tout seul et très vite même les petites courbes (on ne parle pas de godille évidemment) mais pour un ski réputé longues courbes, les petites se sont passées sans problème une fois le rythme trouvé. Par contre ce ne sont pas des skis balades, à un certain moment je me suis retourné pour voir si les petits me suivaient bien et je me suis déconcentré en portant mon poids sur l'arrière un peu nonchalamment et là, j'ai été rappelé à l'ordre immédiatement sous peine de me vautrer sur une petite piste bleue;) Ce sont des skis taillés pour les courbes bien marquées et des virages très propres mais si on commence à regarder le paysage en faisant autre chose que skier le pardon n'est pas de mise... Je les recommande à tous skieurs possédants déjà un bon bagage technique et qui désirent se faire plaisir à "bonne" vitesse sur tous types de neiges.

Great Poles but the fixations between both pieces of the pole does hold only when really strong tighten. Not sure how long it will last.

Purchased item: Snow boots Burton Ion 2018

Tried it today on the slope and was super stoke! Burton rated the flex to 8 but I‘d say it‘s 7 because of the super comfy liner. They used to have imprint liners on the Ions which very stiff and its good they switch them to Life liner from the 2017 model. My feet were very warm during riding and no heel lift. Excellent boots!
