Très contente, livraison rapide et réponse d'un vendeur assez vite sur le produit acheter. Seul bémol, les pneus n'étaient pas gonflés.

I ordered my SUPs online and expected them to be delivered. Upon contacting the store va email to find out the timing I received a call from Malik (spelling?) who said I could collect it directly from the store if I wished to as he could not confirm the exact delivery time. This suited me so we made an arrangement. He waited until after the store had closed for me to collect them and although there were some issues with the paddles it was very handled by him. His help was very much appreciated.

Hi Very satisfied about the product I have bought but previously to my order I have called your shop to have some informations and the level of expertise of the guys who answered me was very poor. He was not able to answer to my questions and had no idea about the different types of boards I have asked for.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. When you called, we were all busy with other customers and you talked to our trainee which at the moment knows a lot about freestyle scooters, rollers and inline skates but very few about surf skates. Thanks to your feedback I will accelerate the explanations of all the carver boards and trucks as first priority when he will come back from holidays. I hope you will try again purchasing in our shop!

Very fast delivery. Unfortunately the size didnt fit. I could return it without problems and the money was returned the next day!
