Despite showing the products as "in stock," they were actually unavailable. Two days after I placed my order, I was offered a different size of the same product as a replacement. I agreed to the change immediately (on Thursday at noon), but the items still weren’t shipped until Monday — even though I followed up with a reminder on Friday. At this point, I honestly started to doubt whether the replacement was actually in stock either. Had I known this on Thursday, I would’ve cancelled the order right away. In the end, it took the store six days just to ship my order and seven days for it to arrive — even though I live only 40 minutes away and had paid immediately. Since the order was urgent, I bought the exact same products elsewhere, and they were delivered the very next day.

We completely understand your frustration, especially since you received the same products faster from another store. Très décevant, l’article ne m’allait pas et avec le colis il n’y avait pas de documents d’information pour le retour. J’ai essayé de contacter le service client par mail et une semaine plus tard toujours aucune réponse de leur part. Le colis est retourné et j’attends de voir si j’aurai un remboursement?

Das erhaltene Produkte weiste einen Produktionsfehler auf. Eine Rückgabe wurde nach mehreren Anfragen versprochen, jedoch folgten keine weiteren Angaben, wohin das Prodult zurückgesendet werden kann. Der Kundendienst ist aufgrund der langen Reaktionszeit und untransparenten Abläufen sehr enttäuschend.

half of the pieces were missing in the pack I ordered. I had to go back to the shop and ask for a complete pack. Luckily the shop assistent believed me and gave me without fussing the right gear.
