Great products, the only problems were multiple products were shattered which affected other products, small glass shards fell into the bottles of others which you couldn't see until you filled it. I would suggest packaging each container in it's own bubble wrap. An alternative would be if a product is placed together, if a stickers is placed to show what product is in which bag, since some products are very similar to each other

I wish there was a way to save my preferences. I also was worried bc fedex wasn’t showing updates…BUT customer service was ALWAYS polite when I reached out, and my bottles arrived in PERFECT condition!! I’m excited to continue doing business here!!

Bad experience with customer service representative , who did not try to solve a simple request regarding a product with a faulty design. Thus, I had to order the product again to see for myself if the design problem was solved or not (it was not).

The product itself is beautiful and durable, but there was absolutley no protection for the glass itself and I had to sort through shards of broken glass to pull out the bottles. It was a HORRIBLE experience.

3 of the 9 items came damaged and broken which was very disappointing and a waste of money. The glass jars were wrapped together in too little bubble wrap in a box that was too large. all items must have banged into each other during shipment and 3 broke.

Commande très facile à faire. La livraison a connue un problème car le livreur n'a pas vu qu'il y avait 2 colis. Équipe très réactive pour résoudre mon problème. le colis est arrivé le lendemain. je recommande vivement. Frais de transport un peu chère, mais je voulais des produits de cette marque. ☺
