Perfect delivery, fast but as always we have a few broken bottles inside the pack even in bubble that are too small. TNT or fedex are not well known for the care they put into caring stuff.

Order not delivered to the correct address, we asked them to change the telephone number, they did not do so. Also no commercial gesture, if you don't want to waste time and money, run away!

1. The problem is you do not deliver goods to Ukraine, while other companies already do this and we regularly receive shipments, samples, etc. This would be great if you took care of the delivery (DHL, TMM and other couriers are already working). 2. When I try to arrange delivery myself, I must fill out a special delivery form with the courier company and provide an invoice. But, I cannot print an invoice from my personal account on your website myself. Therefore, I am forced to write to your support service and ask for invoice. And today the support service refused to send me an invoice (for already paid goods!) by email, citing the fact that they will only generate an invoice when the courier arrives to pick up the goods... he will never arrive because I cannot fill out the form and arrange delivery without an invoice... it's a vicious circle. Moreover it's more strange, cause previously the support service already sent us an invoice without problems... but today they have new rules.

Surtout n'ayez pas de problème de produit avec cette entreprise. Elle n'assume pas les problèmes techniques et ne propose aucune solution commerciale qui permettrait de continuer de travailler avec elle. Si vous n'avez besoin de rien, contacter le SAV. Très déçu.

Tutto perfetto come nelle altre occasioni, materiale ottimo, cortesia, rapidità di consegna...Unico neo non da poco, un aumento di prezzo diciamo importante...per la stessa merce/quantità, un aumento del 35% circa, lo trovo un po' eccessivo.

Ho fatto un acquisto errato e non hanno neppure pensato che potevano vendermi qualcosa di più costoso. Sicuramente hanno adottato le norme giuste ma non ho percepito nessuna attenzione per il cliente. A mio avviso hanno una visione molto miope. Non credo che acquisterò altro da questa azienda.

My order came smashed! 7 of 12 jars were in pieces. The jars were not wrapped sufficiently to protect them during shipping. The online order summary is impossible to decipher. Items are listed several times. I can't match up what I ordered to what it shows on the invoice. I'm still waiting to hear if I'm going to get replacements for the items that were smashed during shipping. That said, the jars and small quantities look like a great option for my needs. And the shipping was timely. Hopefully the packaging issues won't continue.
