Das Online-Tool funktioniert nicht, so steht die Bestellung auf nicht bezahlt. Es muss rückgefragt werden und eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Überweisung aktiv verlangt werden. Die Ware ist nach einem Monat noch nicht geliefert, kein Update. Es muss wieder aktiv nachgefragt werden, dann ist anscheinend ein Problem mit einem Produkt vorhanden, welches sich plötzlich innerhalb von 24 Std. in Luft auflöst und die Lieferung wird endlich versandt. Wünschenswert wäre mehr aktive Informationen seitens Kundenservice. Vor allem aber ein zeitgemässes, funktionierendes Online-Tool mit aktualisiertem Stand der Bestellung. Eigentlich schade, denn die Ware ist von guter Qualität.

Con l'ultimo ordine non abbiamo avuto problemi. Anche la spedizione è stata veloce. I prodotti erano imballati in modo corretto e con poca plastica. Il sito web andrebbe un pò migliorato.Andrebbero rivisti un pochino i criteri per il rendering della cache data la lentezza del sito nel caricamento delle pagine e impostare i pop-up che si visualizzano appena si atterra sul sito solo alla prima visita. In modo che una volta impostate le preferenze dell'utente vengano memorizzate e non richieste ad ogni visita. Oppure si potrebbe attivare la geolocalizzazione del dispositivo.

I am very satisfied with Stocksmetic, with the products, the communication and the speed of delivery. I will definitely order again. The only tip I have is to pay more attention to the shipping information we gave in. This was not correct, I heard from our manufacturer.

Loved the sample products that I purchased. Which were cosmetic tubes. I would however like these tubes to be non plastic, not sure if there is an option for that yet.
