Made two orders and both were filled incorrectly. It was fixed, but I had to ask three times about it before getting a response. I would say that it's normal that mistakes are made, but for the inconvenience it would have been good customer service to add some tea samples or something.

Il sito è molto ben fatto e la scelta dei prodotti è ricca. L'assistenza telefonica è velocissima. Ho avuto un piccolo problema con la spedizione (non imputabile a Tea Soul) che è stato risolto in pochi minuti. Anche l'imballaggio era molto accurato. Esperienza più che positiva, da consigliare.
