I'll describe my situation, and any potential buyer can draw their own conclusions: on January 27, 2026, I ordered and prepaid for a back protector and a ski helmet for a child. I waited quite a long time for the shipment, but in the end, I only received the protector! I didn't receive the helmet, even though my customer account stated that the helmet had also been delivered, which was false! Contact with the store was difficult and delayed from the start. They eventually admitted that the helmet hadn't been shipped, and according to assurances from February, I was supposed to receive a refund. It's now March 17, and I still haven't received my money back! Furthermore, I wanted to return the vest in the meantime, but I inquired about the return address and also waited for clarification regarding the helmet. Finally, after a long time, I was informed that the return deadline had supposedly passed and that I could no longer exercise this right, even though the delay was not my fault. I've never experienced customer treatment like this before. Personally, I will never buy anything from this store again!

Ho ricevuto un prodotto non conforme a quanto illustrato sul sito (mancava la fascia elastica visibile nelle immagini). Ho segnalato il problema immediatamente, ma il servizio clienti ha risposto con grande ritardo e solo dopo diversi solleciti. Mi è stato comunicato che il modello acquistato non prevedeva la fascia, dichiarando di aver verificato con il produttore. Successivamente, quando ho chiesto di poter effettuare il reso, mi è stata negata la possibilità, nonostante la richiesta fosse stata fatta nei tempi previsti e dopo giorni di attesa dovuti esclusivamente alla mancanza di risposte da parte loro. Non convinta, ho contattato direttamente POC, che mi ha confermato l’esatto contrario: la fascia è prevista ed è normalmente inserita nella tasca interna del guscio protettivo. Mi hanno infatti confermato che me ne invieranno una. Questo significa che il venditore non conosce adeguatamente i prodotti che commercializza oppure che non ha effettuato le verifiche dichiarate. In entrambi i casi, il livello di assistenza ricevuto è stato inadeguato, con informazioni errate, tempi di risposta inaccettabili e gestione poco professionale della richiesta di reso. Un vero peccato, l’esperienza cliente è stata complessivamente deludente. Non acquisterò nuovamente da questo sito.
