I ordered a Tig torch with a box of consumables. I selected the wrong type of consumables for the torch I ordered. They contacted me which consumables I wanted and sent the correct one without extra cost. The torch itself was also the cheapest price I could find. I will order with them again.

Each time I called for clarifications before the purchase I received a lot of clarifications. They even called me back when missed my call. They followed the shipping step by step from Italy all the way to The Netherlands and did not forget any product. The parcel arrived quickly, on time and well sealed. After the delivery I called for other clarifications regarding the functioning of the product and they explained everything. Highly recommended, professionals and reliable. Will definitely purchase other products from them!

Products, prices and speed of delivery are all excellent. The only gripe is that the web store does not work very well on any of my browsers. It is hard to place an order in the shop because many of the links do not work when you click on them. I tried Chrome and Firefox.

This was my first time ordering from Top-welding, and it was great! The customer service was stellar: I made an order and the next day realized I forgot a few things. The customer service rep allowed me to add them to the previous order, meaning shipping was free. And I received the packages within a week of ordering (which is rare around here).

Received Sacit Kaiman welding helmet very fast from Italy. I was surprised to see the finish and well made helmet with good adjustments to fit perfectly, this helmet is very light, exactly what I was searching (485g). I was very satisfied with the functions which is simple and easy to use, screen is as described, clear and true color, and TIG welding in low amperage is smooth and fast - no lack and the 4 sensors do what they intended to do. workspace is clear and visible when no welding is made. For the price and quality this helmet is absolutely recommended. I had a speedglass before, cost over twice the amount, it was clumsy, heavy and extremely bad fitment, if welding over a long period of time and swetting, the helmet falls down, very frustrating ending up smashing the helmet in the floor! resulting in my new Sacit Kaiman which I never regret to buy. As the top of the icing, it looks good, that ain't bad either!. Very good service from top-Welding use them - you will not be disappointed.
