I ordered a Tig torch with a box of consumables. I selected the wrong type of consumables for the torch I ordered. They contacted me which consumables I wanted and sent the correct one without extra cost. The torch itself was also the cheapest price I could find. I will order with them again.

Each time I called for clarifications before the purchase I received a lot of clarifications. They even called me back when missed my call. They followed the shipping step by step from Italy all the way to The Netherlands and did not forget any product. The parcel arrived quickly, on time and well sealed. After the delivery I called for other clarifications regarding the functioning of the product and they explained everything. Highly recommended, professionals and reliable.
