Die Produkte, ich beziehe mich hier jetzt insbesondere auf die Schuhe, sind sehr gute Produkte. Die Verarbeitung und Qualität der Materialien ist unglaublich gut. Umweltfreundliche Materialien sind eines der Hauptpunkte. Der Tragekomfort ist einmalig gut. Ich finde die Sohlen insbesondere sehr angenehm. 100% zu empfehlen.

Am 1. Mai bestellt und am 7.Mai mit UPS bekommen. Die Lieferung war solide verpackt mit Kontrollhinweis. Socken verpackt wie im Geschäft. T-Shirt aufwendig im Kartonschuber. La combinaison est absolument magnifique et me va parfaitement bien (mesurant 1,81 m et pesant 64 kilos, il n'est pas toujours facile de trouver la bonne taille, entre S et M). En revanche, je ne suis pas très sûr de pouvoir porter les chaussures, elles compriment le cou-de-pied : est-ce que la taille 43 est un peu plus large ? Dans ce cas, il me faudra vous renvoyer la taille 42 (la longueur est pourtant bonne) pour effectuer un échange. Qu'en pensez-vous ? Bien cordialement, Laurent

Huit jours après ma commande, le statut de celle-ci n'avait toujours pas évolué. Sans nouvelles de ma commande ou de la livraison j'ai pris l'initiative d'écrire au service client ; en réponse à mon message, on m'a indiqué qu'un article était en rupture de stock ( disponible au moment de ma commande ) Je trouve dommage que le service client ne soit pas réactif ; ce n'est pas normal quee service client attende un message du client pour donner des informations sur la commande en cours.

I bought 6 EXCELERATION shirts and shorts for the summer. Materials and design are undoubtedly top quality! Love the “breathing” tech fabric that makes you feel comfortable even with lot of sweat. But I didn’t like the packaging. It is such a waste of paper. I needed 20 min to cut the boxes; and they filled a whole large bag. This may direct my purchase to other more sustainable brands next time.
