Eigentlich hätte es 5 Sterne verdient, da es doch toll geklappt hatte. Jedoch hat mich bei Ankunft des Pakets beinahe der Schlag getroffe. Die Gebühren die ich dem Lieferanten des Päckchen zahlen musste, warum zu hoch. Diese Kosten welche durch die Lieferung anfallen, sollten besser gekennzeichnet werden (detailierter). Wenn ich diese bereits davor besser gesehen hätte, hätte ich diese nicht über Ihren Online Shop bestellt, sondern bei einem Sporthändler, da sie dort doch einiges günstiger sind.

Nichts was stören könnte, auch zum heutigen Tag nichts bleibendes in Erinnerung in wieweit uyn sich im Web-Auftritt verbessern könnte, oder sich im digitalen Auftritt von der Umgebung mittels eines passenden Geschmackes selbst identifiziert.

Hi i am very satisfied about the products. However, i had to pay additional custom fees at receipt of the products. This fee was about 20% of the products I ordered. I ordered on your swiss webpage and paid in CHF. Thus, i don t see why i should pay for any additional administrative fees. This is the concern of your company and not of the customer. Finally, i woul be greatful for getting this fee paid back. Please contact me for this

I have been waiting patiently to receive the product and after two weeks I even wrote an email to the company asking if anything is wrong. No response! Then I shared my experience on UYN Facebook page, I received a response immediately (asking for my purchase number), with apologies, on the next day the product was sent to me and everything was set. In spite of this negative experience in the first stage, everything turned out well at the end and it did not deter me from the future purchase of this company products.
