Dovete informare i clienti (Svizzeri?) delle spese extra. Ho dovuto pagare CHF 30.45 alla ditta UPS per costi cargo. Su merce per fr. 100.-- le spese sono davvero eccessive!

Connu particulièrement par les "fondeurs",ce site mérite qu'on s'y arrête ,proposant des articles techniques intéressants,tant par l'offre qu'il propose que par la qualité qu'il assure;De plus ,la réactivité est probante! En résumé,vaut le détour!

the experience with the UYN company was smooth and well, but the delivery service was not goot. the parcel was left somewhere at the gondola station and I had to search for it. ups seems to be not the perfect delivery service.

I ordered in CHF over your web page (link via Facebook) and therfore did not expect that I have to pay taxes and import customs... Further all packages were open, broken and the masks had a very bad smell, seemed chemical to me, maybe from the plastic foil in which it was wrapped into it. Two days after my purchase I saw the same masks at Hornbach. Half the price, no smell and definitely no extra Taxes. Would not recommend anyone to buy from you. Next, recommended size is totally weong, size L especially on the wintermask is way too large.

Its a pity that you do not indicate more clearly on your website that the shipping cost are free BUT that ridiculously high (50% of the bill!) custom taxes apply by UPC!

"Kostenloser Versand" ist trügerisch. Die Artikel werden aus Italien versandt. Damit können zusätzlich recht hohe Zollkosten anfallen (das war bei mir bei einer Lieferung in die Schweiz der Fall). Das dies sein kann, steht in den AGBs, welche natürlich nicht ganz so prägnant auf der Webpage stehen. Mein Tipp für Kunden aus CH: UYN-Artikel besser beim lokalen Fachhandel kaufen als via dem Online-Kanal. Ist günstiger...
