My mom hurt her ankle while we were traveling in Italy so we needed a wheelchair. I happened upon VemRent and couldn't be happier! I was able to complete everything online. Email response time was very fast. When I needed to change the delivery time, I called the local number and I got a real person on the phone who was very patient with me and my not-so-great Italian. They delivered the wheelchair to our door and picked it up right on time. I would definitely recommend VemRent!!
