Very professional service. You are regularly updated on the status of your order. Customer support is available to answer any questions. However, I find the return policy unreasonable, as you have to pay an additional fee. Essentially, you are being charged if the product doesn’t suit you. You sell glasses, which are an item that needs to fit the person well, so the likelihood of returns is higher. I find it unreasonable to cover both the delivery and return (even more than for delivery) costs.

Like many major e-commerce platforms, we’ve introduced return fees to balance rising logistics costs and reduce environmental impact. Returns generate significant waste and carbon emissions, and processing them isn’t free—for example, a $100 return can cost retailers around $27. That’s why the cost is only partially covered by the customer; we still absorb a big part. Since both the initial and return shipments take place even if an order is returned, we aim to encourage more mindful shopping decisions.
