Ho acquistato un paio di lenti di ricambio. L’ordine è arrivato più tardi del previsto poiché in fase di controllo il prodotto è risultato non idoneo ed è stato sostituito ancor prima di spedirlo. La spedizione è stata un po’ travagliata, perché dapprima risultava mancante il numero civico, successivamente il corriere non è stato in grado di recapitare il pacco per due volte. La prima per mancanza del numero civico, che era stato correttamente fornito, la seconda perché non è stato trovato il destinatario. In ogni caso il servizio clienti di supporto è stato pronto nelle risposte e nell’assistenza.

Minha encomenda chegou perfeitamente embalada e o óculos é ainda mais bonito pessoalmente do que no site. O único defeito da vistaexpert é a demora no envio, mesmo quando o produto aparece com disponibilidade imediata eles demoram para mandar.

No seu caso, o pedido foi feito às 20h30 do dia 2 de outubro, enviado no dia seguinte, 3 de outubro, e entregue no dia 8 de outubro, respeitando um prazo de entrega de 72 horas úteis. É possível que o fim de semana, durante o qual as transportadoras não realizam entregas, tenha contribuído para a percepção de atraso. No entanto, podemos confirmar que a entrega ocorreu dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
