Item advertised as shipped from GB, which they’re not, shipped from Italy. Advertised as 4-7 working days, took 12. Order in advance if necessary. Customer service nil!!

Arrived quickly and was the cheapest price in Europe. Also received a free microfibre cloth which is better than one that I paid for somewhere else and a long time ago.

I have still not received my items and they probably won’t be here in time for my holiday apparently shipped on the 8th August but when I have tracked Royal Mail said they’re still waiting to receive the items and it’s now 16th August 😞

Colis toujours pas reçu, Première date de livraison donnée: le 08/08/24, Nous sommes le 13 et toujours rien reçu, alors que j’ai payé un supplément pour avoir une livraison rapide. UPS ne veut rien entendre. Litige PayPal en cours pour remboursement.
