Unfortunately you failed to deliver package as it was promised. So I went to vacation without sunglasses.

We would like to inform you that your order was shipped on the same day we received it, October 2nd. However, once the package is handed over to the courier, the delivery times are no longer directly under our control. In this case, the delivery was delayed by just one day compared to the expected timeframe due to an emergency situation caused by adverse weather conditions in your area. Unfortunately, it was not possible to prevent this delay. For future orders, we recommend allowing a small margin of time, especially when planning for trips or holidays.
