Estimado Pedro, te agradecemos por tu comentario y lamentamos sinceramente cualquier inconveniente que hayas experimentado. Queremos aclarar que realizaste el pedido el domingo 20 de abril, día de Pascua. Como el 21 de abril, Lunes de Pascua, fue festivo nacional, nuestros almacenes estuvieron cerrados. Por lo tanto, el paquete se envió el martes 22 de abril, primer día laborable disponible, cumpliendo así con el plazo de un día laborable para la preparación del pedido. El envío exprés suele llegar en un plazo de tres días laborables, pero lamentablemente, debido a un error técnico de nuestra parte, el paquete llegó con un día de retraso. Tan pronto como nos dimos cuenta del error, nos disculpamos sinceramente y procedimos a reembolsarte los gastos de envío como un gesto para reconocer el inconveniente ocasionado. Sabemos que, cuando un pedido se espera para una fecha importante, incluso un pequeño retraso puede causar problemas. Por eso, cuando se realizan compras online, recomendamos, cuando sea posible, realizar el pedido con de antelación para poder afrontar cualquier imprevisto con mayor tranquilidad.
