good prices, fast response and shipping, but the delivery service - GLS in my case - delivered to the incorrect address - GLS parcel shop instead of courier delivery to the address I provided with my order. I'm not located in Italy, so I had to find a friend in Milano who could go and pick up my parcel from the parcel shop (I ordered directly to some parcel forwarding service office).

Great experience! The sunglasses are perfect and arrived in a well protected box! I was expecting them to arrive later! I contacted the customer service in the beginning if there was a way of getting them before my holidays in August and they arrived earlier! The customer service responded right away!
