Product and price good but long delivery time, 3 days later than estimated and the estimated time was pretty long. Didn't seem clear when ordering they were coming from Italy and not the UK.

I have paid for the item but have not received it. The transaction took place a week ago. I was told at the time to expect the item yesterday but it hasn’t arrived and according to the delivery company they have not even received it.

War etwas skeptisch wegen dem doch viel günstigerem Angebot einer Ray Ban Sonnenbrille. Aber alles Top am Ende. Ordentliche Verpackung. Da ich am Brillen-Preis gespart habe, habe ich UPS Express (wegen der Möglichkeit zum Tracking) gewählt. Alles gut gelaufen.

I was very pleased with the price of the sunglasses I purchased. However, the delivery time was quite long, taking around two weeks from the purchase date. At one point, my parcel was delayed in customs for several days, which required me to contact customer service for clarification. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and alleviated my concerns about the delay. Overall, despite the long delivery time, I would consider using Vistaexpert again in the future due to their competitive prices, provided I’m not in a rush.
