Ordered 10.6.2026. sunglasses and still after 13 days didnt arrived to me... in order says 5 working days for standard shipping but this is way too long.

Dear Goran, We completely understand how you feel: when you purchase a new pair of sunglasses, you want to receive them as soon as possible, and even a single day of extra waiting can be frustrating. However, we would like to reassure you regarding the total transparency and promptness of our work. Your order was processed and handed over to the courier the very same day it was placed, precisely to guarantee you the fastest service possible. The minor misunderstanding stems from how delivery times are calculated: standard shipping takes 5–7 business days (therefore excluding weekends). Looking at the actual transit days, the shipment took 8 business days. The courier therefore recorded a variance of just 24 hours compared to the estimates—a slight delay that is, unfortunately, entirely normal for international shipping. Your satisfaction comes first for us. For this reason, as soon as we became aware of your disappointment, we immediately approved your return request and reached out to you. As we have not yet received a reply, we would like to confirm that as soon as the product is back in our warehouse, we will promptly process your refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
