I was excited to order these glasses and reached out with a pre-purchase question regarding potential additional/customs fees. While the response I received confirmed the color I asked about, it did not address my question about extra costs. Because of that omission, I assumed there would be no additional fees. When the order arrived in the U.S., I was surprised with an unexpected $45 in tariffs/customs charges. I followed up with the company to share my concern, but the reply I received felt somewhat curt and not especially customer-friendly. Rather than acknowledging the gap in communication, I was told that failure to respond did not constitute confirmation of the absence of such costs. While I understand the technical point, it would have been much more helpful to receive a direct answer or a link to shipping/customs information at the outset. Clear and proactive communication goes a long way toward building trust, and I believe this is an area where the customer experience could be improved. On a positive note, I do appreciate the authenticity of the glasses. My order arrived in good condition, within a reasonable time frame, and outside of the communication issue, I am pleased with my purchase.

The order was quick and i got the glasses in few days. It would be even better if you had a fill form for the prescription glasses or a way to upload the prescription. Also it would be great if you added filter for glasses with spring hindges.

Ho fatto una ricerca on line e il vostro sito era quello che offriva un comodo metodo di pagamento, che offriva anche la possibilità di pagare in più rate con un app dedicata, e il prezzo era concorrenziale.
