However, we would like to clarify that the delivery failure was not due to an error on our part, but rather to the fact that the delivery address and telephone contact details provided at the time of the order were incorrect. This made it impossible for the courier to contact you and complete the delivery during your stay in Italy. I had an excellent experience with Vistaexpert. The website was easy to navigate, with clear photos and accurate descriptions that made it simple to choose the correct replacement lenses. Ordering was quick and straightforward, and the lenses arrived exactly as expected. The quality is excellent, and they fit my Ray-Ban sunglasses perfectly. I would definitely recommend Vistaexpert and would happily order from them again.

Having found the frames I wanted online, I used the link to purchase them. Pretty straightforward BUT I expected the 'ready in 8 days' to mean they would be delivered within that time. I was disappointed with the lack of communication, which only began AFTER the 8 days and on my enquiry about delivery. Communication was very poor and it was only once the frames were with the courier that I was able to progress their arrival. The whole transaction took far longer than expected and would not have been an issue if a realistic delivery time had been given upfront. The upside is - I love the frames.

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban glasses from your store (Order #2026-51254). Unfortunately, after trying them on, I found that they are too small for my face and are not comfortable to wear. I am currently living in the United Kingdom and am no longer in Italy, so I would like to return the glasses and request a refund or an exchange, if possible.
