War etwas skeptisch wegen dem doch viel günstigerem Angebot einer Ray Ban Sonnenbrille. Aber alles Top am Ende. Ordentliche Verpackung. Da ich am Brillen-Preis gespart habe, habe ich UPS Express (wegen der Möglichkeit zum Tracking) gewählt. Alles gut gelaufen.

Hat alles perfekt geklappt! Schneller Versand mit Tracking, so dass ich immer sehen konnte wo meine Sendung ist, innerhalb einer Woche war das Paket bei mir. Tolle Verpackung und eine wunderschöne neue Sonnenbrille. Der kostenlose von 50 Euro und die kostenlose Rücksendung innerhalb 14 Tage sind tolle Leistungen beim Versand ins Ausland! I was very pleased with the price of the sunglasses I purchased. However, the delivery time was quite long, taking around two weeks from the purchase date. At one point, my parcel was delayed in customs for several days, which required me to contact customer service for clarification. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and alleviated my concerns about the delay. Overall, despite the long delivery time, I would consider using Vistaexpert again in the future due to their competitive prices, provided I’m not in a rush.

Come specificato nelle nostre Condizioni di Vendita, il rimborso viene elaborato entro 15 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso. Nel suo caso, il rimborso è stato elaborato il 5 settembre, appena tre giorni dopo la ricezione del reso avvenuta il 2 settembre, quindi in tempi nettamente inferiori rispetto ai 15 giorni lavorativi previsti. Ho trovato questo sito cercando gli occhiali che desideravo e questo annuncio ha attirato la mia attenzione perchè aveva anche lo sconto oltre al prezzo interessante. Ho acquistato senza difficoltà e in tempi molto brevi ho ricevuto gli occhiali a casa. Apprezzo molto quando in un sito si può pagare con Paypal.
