Mai arrivato perché problemi con la spedizione E per averli avrei dovuto pagare di nuovo la spedizione

Shiping is very slow ,i order fast delivery within 2-4 days ,i am waiting 12days now, still didnt get the package

We want to reassure you that your order was shipped on November 27th, the same day as your purchase. Unfortunately, due to a technical error with the choice of courier, there was a slight delay. Once we became aware of the issue, we promptly took the necessary actions and kept you updated via email. Once the order was handed over to the courier, delivery times were no longer under our direct control. We understand that the delay may have been influenced by the high volume of shipments during Black Friday and the holiday season, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Shipping was not as described. Vista expert were helpful with chasing updates , but the courier held the parcel for a week before it moved. Glasses didn’t arrive for the trip they were bought for after 2.5 weeks of waiting. Parcel arrived and packaging wasn’t great either .. glasses loose in the box

Have not received product after more than 2 weeks

Postage was delayed therefore didn't arrive before my holiday (advertised as 48hrs). Declined a refund as outside of the 14 day period when I returned.

Until pay and receive was ok, but when I received my purchase and I checked its not ok and informed the shop also with pictures, they stop to answer me how I can send back for check… I’m very upset because I will travel this week without my purchase and also without a decision with my situation… Horrible experience

Ordered sunglasses that have not received them yet after nearly 2 weeks

I have received the order without the original box just amballaged with the plastique cover I did shared said I only received with the case and their return as there was a problem with the case I have explained many times as it is not the issue each respond was about the case customer representative is terrible doeqnt exactly understand the issue and the discussion left liked that terrible service terrible customer relationship honestly will never buy and I do not suggest the website I just gave the 2 star because at least inside the coli there was the item and the case of it but packing sending was cheap

Sono deluso del trattamento!!! poiché ho chiesto informazioni sia telefonicamente che via mail, per la regolazione delle asticine degli occhiali in quanto non sono presenti le viti per stringere , non mi hanno mai risposto alle due mail che gli ho inviato mentre telefonicamente mi hanno detto che non avevano presente il prodotto.
