Prima esperienza con Wedivino decisamente fantastica. Web page organizzata in modo veramente user friendly. Spedizione rapidissima e packaging ineccepibile. Consigliatissimo!

IL VOTO VERO SAREBBE 0 ... MA NON C'E' LA POSSIBILITA' DI SCEGLIERLO. i vini sono arrivati il giorno dopo rispetto alla data da voi indicata. inaccettabile. ho chiamato al servizio clienti e mi sono sentito dire che sono cose che accadono... che e' colpa del corriere (che avete scelto voi) come se fosse normale ... personalmente ritengo molto scorretto il vs comportamento, se le vostre consegne sono stimate in due giorni non dovreste fare altro che scriverlo in modo trasparente. cmq non comprero' mai piu nulla da voi. buon proseguimento

Hi, I ordered a case of Italian Rose from them to ship to the USA. The ordering process was easy and fast. Payment was easy and fast ( via PayPal) Follow up order confirmation and receipt prompt and easy to read and understand. But !!!! It’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing and seen no emails on shipment and or tracking details. So I’m in the dark on when I will receive my case if wine. I’m reaching out to them today to see what’s up. Other than this final follow up ... I’m pleased ... We’ll see how long my delivery takes, how the respond to my tracking question and finally the condition of the wine after it crossed the globe.
