El proceso de compra en sí fue bien y rápido. No tengo queja alguna. Compré unas botas Prodigio Hike GTX que han resultado ser un acierto. Las estrené subiendo el Pico de la Robiñera en Pirineos y son ligeras y muy cómdas.

The online shop is easy to navigate and user-friendly, but the purchasing process left much to be desired. I had multiple issues during the checkout - the website crashed when I tried to create an account and log into it for the first time, when trying to change the country of the shipping adress the website logged me out of my account multiple times - prompting another round of crashes during login - and the welcome code I had received took a couple of tries to work. The delivery was much smoother and I have since received my product, which I am very satisfied with it.

Arrived sooner than expected, which was welcome as the stated time was initially over a week. The shoe itself is excellent, my first pair of Sportiva runners. I’ve been recommending them to friends since the first run.

My purchase was delayed by customs due to incorrect shipping information and failure to enclose an invoice. FedEx then lied about trying to deliver the package which then disappeared into their dreadful system. By this time I was already on the trip I ordered the boots for. Now I have to wait for the boots to be returned by FedEx to Sportiva, where they have the utter arrogance to state that they have to carry out quality control on an item which I never received in the first place. I will NEVER even consider purchasing from them again.

I bought two pairs of Raptor 3 hiking shoes. When both pairs of shoes didn’t fit me and the other person, I looked into the returns policy and followed all stipulated instructions to do the swap. The first step of the return went fine, however a week and a half after I sent the package I got a email saying that I would be only be returned $184.95 and not $251.95 due to a $67 return fee and a $22.90 duties and taxes fee. I ended up emailing back as in my original request I requested a direct swap with the size that would best suit. I got a response that stated I couldn’t do a direct swap with the product for a different size. I then enquired about the return policy for Australian customers and the worker said that they had recently changed their shipping and returns policy to Australia. I was disappointed to hear this as this information was no where to be read when I was making the initial return. I sent screenshots from the La Sportiva website website where I accessed the return information and still it was disregarded. I asked if there could be any grace in this as the return costs weren’t clearly stated anywhere. When I asked to look at the updated policy for Australian purchasers for future reference, the worker said they couldn’t provide these details and that there was nothing at all they could do to help us and kept copying the same email as their messages prior. Two pairs of shoes were being returned and even the other pair didn’t get a full price refund. When asked about this, there was no response provided. I am very disappointed in this process as i still haven’t received my partial refund of the shoes despite it being over 10 working days, additionally was looking forward to having this brand as my go to for outdoor equipment but knowing that it will be this difficult for returns is making it less worth it.

Placed an order. Order cancelled with no reason. Emailed customer service twice to ask 1. when the item would be back in stock. 2. why the order was cancelled without reason. Never received a response.
