Overall, I am happy with the purchase and the lenses themselves. However, I think the delivery information shown before payment needs to be more transparent. When selecting the lenses and entering the delivery address, the website clearly indicated delivery within 2 days. The lenses were also shown as being in stock. However, immediately after I completed the payment, the estimated delivery date changed significantly. In my case, the order arrived 8 days later instead of the advertised 2 days. This is quite important when purchasing contact lenses, as customers may need them by a specific date and make their purchase decision based on the delivery time shown on the website. I think it would be much fairer to state something like “Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability” rather than promising delivery within 2 days if this cannot actually be guaranteed. Apart from this issue, everything else with the purchase was good.

I placed a repeat order as I had done a few times before. My address hadn’t changed but when I tracked the package it was sent back as the address was unrecognised! When I called I was desperate for the lenses and they refused to send next day delivery I had to make other arrangement's

It was really all too much trouble as the way Royal Mail deliver has changed and not for the better. Too messy.

Finding and ordering what I wanted was very easy . Purchase arrived well packaged and a day earlier than expected! I also think price's are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience. The lenses themselves were absolutely fine, but the individual packaging containing the solution did not look or feel as fresh as other lenses I have received, and they were not particularly easy to open. They simply didn’t have the fresh, new presentation I would expect. I was also very disappointed with the delivery time. When ordering lenses elsewhere, I have usually received them the next day or within two days, whereas this order took nearly a week to arrive. Overall, I was disappointed with both the presentation and the delivery time, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order from Letiano again.
