If I could I would give negative stars. I bought a software that doesnt work, more than a month agora. The website admited that there is a problem with the license and they're trying to fix it, but cant provide a clear answer on when nor any other solution than waiting indefinetely.

Reçu logiciel Publisher2021 par téléchargement numérique. Impossible de faire fonctionner malgré opérations courantes (décompresser et setup). Je demande le remboursement.

L' immagine del prodotto venduto e il prodotto acquistato effettivamente non erano le stesse. Il prodotto che intendevo acquistare era Adobe Acrobat PRO e invece ho acquistato una licenza a VITA di Adobe Acrobat normale. Alla richiesta di rimborso, mi è stato risposto che dal prossimo rinnovo passerà la licenza a PRO (staremo a vedere)

Avrei messo 5 stelle per il buon supporto e assistenza ma purtroppo unica pecca e che in fase di acquisto ho preso un prodotto che mi e stato indicato compatibile e invece non lo era e invece di ricevere un rimborso ho avuto un buono dello stesso valore
