My order went great. Despite having custom prescription lenses produced for the glasses(Tom Ford with Carl Zeiss), the order arrived very promptly and in perfect condition. I’ll be ordering from Otticanet again!

Otticanet offers good prices but was exceptionally slow to ship my glasses. I ordered on August 9 and they did not ship the pair until October 5 because they did not have them in stock. Otticanet did not explain why it took so long to get a pair in stock, or offer any discount. Poor form.

To clarify how our inventory works: items marked as "In stock and ready to ship" or "Only 1 left" are physically available in our warehouse and ship immediately. For all other items, the estimated shipping time is clearly stated on the product page. When you placed your order, the product page indicated an estimated shipping time of 19 to 26 days to allow us time to source the item. Unfortunately, the manufacturer experienced a delay during their production process, which is why your glasses reached our warehouse later than expected. The production process involves manual craftsmanship and multiple stages that on rare occasions, may experience slight delays. Because we exclusively sell genuine products, we rely directly on official suppliers. When they face delays, our main course of action is to continuously monitor and expedite the order with them, which we did for yours. Please also note that your order received a 15% discount. Because we are an authorized dealer, our pricing and discount structures are strictly set by the manufacturers, and we must follow their policies. I paid for 2-3 days shipping, but got it in 10 days. When it reached there was extra charge i must pay.

Additionally, we would like to clarify that our shipping options ("Standard" and "Express") refer to the transit speed after the package leaves our warehouse, rather than the processing time required to prepare it. Looking into your order history, your glasses were shipped on October 6th and delivered on October 8th, which fully respected both the estimated handling time and the express delivery service you selected.
