Dopo aver avuto inizialmente alcuni problemi con il minibar e con il telecomando mancante, devo assolutamente aggiornare la mia esperienza perché il Team Hotelify si è dimostrato davvero all’altezza della situazione. Sono intervenuti con grande rapidità e professionalità: il minibar difettoso è stato sostituito prontamente e il telecomando mi è stato spedito in tempi molto brevi. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità e l’efficienza con cui hanno gestito tutto il processo. Questo tipo di assistenza dimostra chiaramente che Hotelify è un’azienda seria e corretta, che non lascia i clienti soli davanti ai problemi ma si impegna concretamente per risolverli nel modo più veloce possibile. Un ringraziamento speciale al Team Hotelify per la gentilezza, la professionalità e la rapidità del servizio. È raro trovare un supporto clienti così attento ed efficace. Esperienza finale assolutamente positiva. Consigliato!

cela fait plusieurs années que je commande régulièrement les mignonnes de shampoing, gel douche, savon chez Hotelify et j'en suis ravie. Je complète parfois ma commande par d'autres articles pour mes hébergements touristiques. La livraison est rapide et la qualité toujours au rendez-vous pour un tarif raisonnable.
