Excellent Service and a Great Rental Experience at Nolo Experience, Bergamo We had a fantastic experience with Nolo Experience, close to Bergamo Airport, after being badly let down by another rental company. We had arrived expecting to collect a nine-seater van, only to discover that they had no vehicle available for us. Thankfully, the staff contacted a friend at Nolo Experience, who came to our rescue. Within just 30 minutes, they had a van waiting for us outside the airport. We drove to their nearby office, completed the paperwork in a few minutes, and were quickly on our way. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The van was in good condition, and the rental price was extremely competitive for a nine-seater, especially considering that full insurance was included. This gave us great peace of mind throughout our trip, with no worries about unexpected insurance costs. All we had to do was return the van with a full tank of fuel. A €100 deposit was held for this purpose but was never actually charged. The office is conveniently located very close to Bergamo Airport, making collection and return easy and hassle-free. After the disappointment of being let down by our original rental company, Nolo Experience completely turned the situation around for us. Their willingness to help at short notice, their friendly service and their excellent value for money really stood out. I would highly recommend Nolo Experience to anyone looking to rent a vehicle near Bergamo Airport. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would happily use them again. Thank you to all the team for looking after us so well!
