Ordino un mocassino taglia 38, mi arriva a casa in taglia 39 tra l’altro senza qualcosa che fermi la scatola che aprendo il collo ho trovato aperta. Scrivo all’assistenza clienti per fare il reso e mi comunicano che posso farlo anche presso il negozio Pittarosso piu vicino a me che si trova all’interno del negozio Ovs in via Marina vecchia 5 a Massa centro…entro e il negozio è scoperto, non c’è stato personale per almeno 5 minuti buoni , chiunque avrebbe potuto rubare qualcosa, per non parlare del fatto che quando ho salutato le commesse molto maleducate non mi hanno degnato di uno sguardo continuando a parlare di cose loro, una delle due molto svogliatamente scrollava il la home di instagram. Che dire, potrei riacquistare online ma sicuramente non tornerò piu in quel negozio…
