Just perfect amazing slide and grip

I waited over 1 month to receive two items because one was not available. When it became available then the second one was not available anymore (it had not been reserved to me!!!!). Finally I had to accept a similar one. Conclusion: I waited over 1 month and did not receive what I wanted.

Dear customer. You ordered for your kid a pair of ski and a pair of shoes. We informed you soon in the order process that there was some delay for the shoes and proposed you the new 2017 version for the same price. Then when we prepared the order, we were missing the skis indeed, we found out some equivalent ski in pink as you wished. We sent you a photo to validate it was acceptable for you. Finally, we understand most important was to have your order before Christmas, that's why we sent out in express delivery. We are sorry for the delay, but happy your daughter received her gift in time for Christmas. We will try to improve next time.
