I placed an order for replacement droppers, as I had been shorted in a previous order by 121 droppers. I didn't catch this before the cut-off time for reporting (my error) and thus had to order more droppers. I placed my order with two other items. Normally glass droppers are shipped in packaging that protects them from damage during shipping. In this particular case, they arrived all together in one plastic bag squished in with the other items I ordered. As a result, many of the droppers were broken and glass shards and particles were mixed in with all droppers, making them unusable for my cosmetic products. I immediately notified customer service on 1 September, and I was assured that replacements would be sent. it is now 10 September and nothing has been sent as yet. I am now behind in my production schedule as I do not have the droppers for my glass oil bottles. I am very unhappy with how the order was sent and how this is being managed thus far.

L’azienda è seria, precisa e puntuale nelle spedizioni, anche ad agosto, quando tutti sono in ferie. I bicchieri per candela ordinati sono molto belli e corrispondono perfettamente alla descrizione presente sul sito. Unico aspetto da migliorare, a mio avviso, è l’imballaggio: trattandosi di vetro, dunque per sua natura fragile, sarebbe forse utile prevedere una protezione maggiore. Dei campioni ordinati, infatti, alcuni sono arrivati rotti.

I have been ordering from this company for several years, and I have to say that their customer service has improved significantly since the change of ownership. In the past, it was often almost impossible to get a response, while communication today is much better and more reliable. The biggest downside for me, however, is the VAT refund process for EU businesses. Compared to other suppliers within the European Union, the procedure here is unnecessarily complicated and extremely slow. In my experience, VAT refunds between EU companies are usually handled in a much simpler and more efficient way. Here, the amount of documentation required and the long waiting time make the whole process unnecessarily frustrating. At times, it almost feels as though the procedure has been made so complicated that customers are discouraged from requesting the VAT refund at all. I hope this is something the company will improve in the future, as simplifying and speeding up the VAT refund process would make the overall experience significantly better.

È sempre andato tutto bene. Eccetto i flaconi in per trasparente con spruzzino ghiera nera e tappo trasparente. La metà da buttare. Gli spruzzino non funzionavano. I miei clienti hanno richiesto il resto del prodotto a causa del malfunzionamento dello spruzzino.

Produits de qualités. Il est dommage d'avoir des frais de port aussi élevés sans aucun franco. Cela ajouté au fait qu'il n'y a pas de paiement à 30 jours, comme avec mes autres fournisseurs, m'a poussé à travailler avec d'autres fournisseurs sur mes autres produits.

I didn't expect to pay for extra shipping fee once it deliver to me. It was over $100. And a few lid was missing. I don't think I can trust this company anymore so sad.
