Overall, I appreciate the option to purchase small quantities of packaging and samples. This is very valuable. The system works smoothly, but there are also some disadvantages: 1. The total weight of the ordered goods isn’t displayed—this would make it easier to decide on a shipping option. 2. Sometimes, as regular customers, we already have some containers in stock and want to purchase only accessories (e.g., atomizers or pumps), and then there’s a problem with customizing them to fit the specific type of container we previously purchased from you (from your product range). This makes things very complicated. 3. When placing orders, certificates of conformity and COAs for the specific batch should be immediately available for download or automatically sent via email along with the order. Specific regulations apply within the EU in this regard, and you should take this into account. So please keep this in mind. Besides, we’ve been working with you for a few years now and are very satisfied; you have excellent customer service—very polite and helpful.

Having to pay $112 duty to receive samples is ridiculous. You should improve customs declarations. Also need to know if another cap is available for the 10 ml you sent but difficult to find out via your website

Der Checkout könnte verbessert werden, ebenso wie die Versandoptionen. Wenn ich Muster benötige, benötige ich i.d.R. mehr als 3 Stück pro Sorte (5 bis 10 wären top, damit ich neben Rückhaltemustern auch welche für die Linie und Verpackungslieferanten habe). Die Flakons sind nicht am Boden beschriftet, ebensowenig sind es die Tüten, was es schwer macht, sie zuzuordnen, wenn man sehr ähnliche Flakons bestellt. Alles in allem okay und auch schnell, aber nicht überragend. Die Produkte selbst sind top.

It was slow to receive the products due to the fact that they were delayed. Some products on the website also say that they will not be back in stock until March 2027, this is far to long to ask a customer to wait for over 5 months and makes me reluctant to order from Stockmetic.

★☆☆☆☆ We paid $1,300 in shipping, only for Stocksmetic to switch from FedEx, which they used for our previous orders, to a third-party freight forwarder without asking us. Now we’re being charged another $1,000 in brokerage fees we never agreed to. What really crossed the line was that they added language to their website making brokerage fees the customer’s responsibility AFTER we placed our order. Changing the wording after taking our money feels incredibly dishonest. Our order is now over a month late. We’ve missed our restock target and lost our slot with our screen printers. Throughout all of this, they’ve been dismissive and taken no responsibility. Previous orders have also arrived late and damaged. We’re paying four to five times what a Chinese supplier would charge, closer to five to six times with shipping, for questionable quality and awful service. We’re already talking to overseas competitors and are honestly grateful this happened before we placed an even bigger order. We will be seeking legal action to recover our losses. An expensive wake-up call, and a supplier we won’t trust again.

I have made two prior orders for bottles, collars, atomizers, and caps. Of the 140 atomizers I have bought, 10% have failed pre-crimping inspection. Additionally, 3 bottle rims were broken upon arrival and did not appear to be shipping related. I contacted Stocksmetic for resolution and now cannot fill the remaining bottles as I do not have enough atomizers. I sent video of the un-crimped units not spraying. They wanted me to go ahead and crimp and then see. I refused as I am not about to spend the time to crimp and then have to remove to salvage the bottles. After seeing the video they offered "as a measure of good will" a credit for the items. I pointed out that I don't need a credit, I need the atomizers to finish my project. I suggested they send new atomizers but, seemingly irritated, they refused sighting the cost of shipping and said they would offer a refund on on 9/17 instead. They have not even given the refund. Despite their defective product, the cost burden was put to me to place another order (for full units I do not need) for the MOQ just to get my atomizers needed to complete a batch. Then I will be short for those bottles!

È da un mese che chiedo i documenti di qualità e conformità del packaging e mi rimandano sempre. Eppure è un obbligo di legge quello di averli e fornirli se si vuole vendere packaging. Prezzi alti e servizi di pessima qualità. Fate attenzione

Die Ware wurde uns wie Müll zugeschickt – völlig verschmutzt, voller Dellen und teilweise defekt. Die Artikel sind absolut unbrauchbar. Es ist eine Frechheit, solche Ware überhaupt an Kunden zu verschicken. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität, dem Zustand der Lieferung und dem Umgang mit uns als Kunden.
