The experience was bumpy at first because I was informed that the product I chose and paid for was not in their stock. However, I received support and was even given the possibility of a refund. Although the package arrived late, they did speed up the process and were helpful. As for the product, it is of excellent quality and I don’t regret waiting for the package

The leather quality is amazing! I only wish the letter engraving was part of international shipping as I would’ve loved the customization - otherwise everything is amazing and I would buy from them again.

The communication was prompt, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. They even prioritized the production and shipment of a pair of artisanal leather shoes so I could receive them in time for a special event, which I truly appreciated. I received two pairs of Porselli ballet flats, and I absolutely love them! The craftsmanship is exceptional, the leather is beautiful, and the colors are exactly as pictured. The quality exceeded my expectations. As a lovely surprise, they also included a thoughtful gift, which made the experience even more special. Pellame e colore super ! Molto comode e fatte bene.. da rifinire un po’ i lacci della ballerina e magari fare un packaging migliore.. ottimo prodotto e spedizione veloce

I purchased two leather belts from Pierotucci, and the order arrived very quickly in the Netherlands. The packaging was a pleasant surprise the belts came in elegant, exclusive looking bags that gave a premium impression. The belts are made of highquality leather, and my favorite is the brown belt, which has the perfect thickness. It looks very stylish and goes well with my trousers and shirts. I am very satisfied with the quality of the belts and the fast delivery. Highly recommended!
