Molto soddisfatto del prodotto. E della disponibilita` ad accelerare la spedizione una volta che ho chiamato telefonicamente. Suggerirei pero` : 1. Di inviare una conferma della ricezione dell'ordine. Ho subito ricevuto conferma del pagamento, ma poi piu` nulla per due giorni, e ho dovuto telefonare (fra l'altro, il numero indicato nella conferma del pagamento era errato) per avere conferma dell'ordine. 2. Di dare informazioni sulla tempistica della spedizione (magari nella conferma di cui al punto 1). 3. Di prevedere la possibilita` di fare pacchi regalo. (Non e` specificato se nel pacco ci saranno fattura o altri documenti).

Articolo come da foto sul sito peccato la coda di uno dei due uccelli e priva di un particolare. Se si tocca con un dito si avverte che e’ spezzata e non l’abbiamo nemmeno trovata nell’imballo. Puo’ capitare ma potevano prestare piu’ attenzione prima di spedire.

I purchased an aquarium. The product is exactly as described and is superb in its quality. The delivery was timely and delivered as per the tracking information. My only issue for buyers to beware is, there may be import taxes for exported goods from Italy to countries outside the E.U. The item i bought , on the description page stated free shipping. I assumed from that there were no further costs for me to pay. In the sites T C it does say customers are responsible for the cost of import taxes. I have been in touch with the customer support team to suggest the import tax charge should be made more obvious as for me it was £124. I was expecting free delivery with no further charges. On this rating site someone else had the same issue . I really think they should change there free shipping and add comment customer must pay additional import taxes where applicable. Customer service was prompt in replying to my several e-mails to their credit.

The process of ordering and the delivery were all excellent. The only issue was customs fees but nothing to do with the seller. The object is as you would expect beautiful.
