Als Neukunde ist man bei Onlinebestellungen erstmals etwas unsicher, da die Erfahrungswerte fehlen. Noch mehr verunsichert wurde ich durch die Protokollierung der Sendungsverfolgung des Zulieferunternehmens UPS, dem zur Folge unkontrollierbare Ereignisse die Zustellung verzögerten. Erst nach einer Woche ohne weitere Kommentare in der Sendungsverfolgung wurde die bestellte Ware geliefert. Wünschenswert wäre eine Erklärung oder Begründung der Lieferverzögerung. Die bestellte Ware wurde dann doch unbeschädigt und in einwandfreiem Zustand geliefert.

Communication from Callmewine was exmplary throughout the purchase and during delivery. They have some fantastic Italian wines which are impossible to find in the UK. Highly recommended!

First the positives. The website was easy to use, the range of Italian wines was outstanding and the packaging and delivery of the wine was excellent. Also the refund came through quickly. On the negative side it was frustrating to find out that having completed the order two wines were unavailable. The website should be more up to date with regards to stock levels. It was also frustrating to then not have the opportunity to re-order to make my delivery back up to 12 wines.

Prices look great and delivery to the UK stated 4-5 days. Delivery took 10 days and UPS were useless. I had various emails stating when delivery will be made only for that to turm out to be untrue. So you can rearrange your day only for the dleivery not to come. The last email said will be delivered end of day only for it to turn up first thing in the morning. You can't actually track when exactly the parcel will come(using their app and tracking number)-useless. The additional customs costs add to overall experience-which is awful and won't be using again.

Great wine, delivered safely by UPS. The last invoice I received suggested I had overpaid by £9.43 and I look forward to receiving this (otherwise I would have given you a 5)

Easy to order from website, good variety of interesting wine not easily obtainable in UK. Safely delivered to the UK by UPS with all bottles well packed. Looking forward to drinking it all now!

I got overcharged on delivery which I did not accept but somehow I got charged £91 for a delivery on three bottles costing £72 - that is a terrible disgraceful rip off. I have asked for a partial refund on my delivery charge and my messages have been ignored. Unless I get refunded I will never use this company again and I will warn all my friends and contacts in the wine community never to buy from callmewine.co.uk

I have still not received our wine ordered before Christmas I have made contact 3 times and have been promised a recall however heard nothing now waiting to contact credit card company disapointed

Order never arrived. No tracking of proof of delivery provided. Had to claim back on credit card.

I received a wrong bottle and I spent 2 weeks with Customer Support to try and rectify the situation. Very poor communication, not an apology nor a gesture to make up for the inconvenience. The only focus was for me to return the wrong bottle. Really not good enough.
