This my first time ordered on Diadora. The shipment was very fast, and I love the leather material and design of this pair of sneakers. However, the pair I received was definitely tried on by someone. I can see specks of dirt and hairs under the sole, and there are some scratches on the sneakers' body. I contacted customer service and they said they don't have the option of the exchange, so I can only return the shoes. I checked the site, and my size was out of stock. I really love this pair of sneakers so I choose not to return them. But still, this is an unpleasant experience for me.

Overall looks good, the print on the tongue (brand name, place of production) is not very clear, one is clearer than another, also there are some "dirty/grey" trace (slightly, don't know if it was caused during the transportation) on the side. Looks good on the feet and comfortable.

Très belle chaussure mais la paire livrée avait un défaut : la couture n'était pas terminée. Pour un modèle haut de gamme, le travail n'est pas satisfaisant. Dommage.
