I purchased this, thinking it would be the same quality as the first one I bought ( the electric one) but there is no comparison… The foxymini, is not as sturdy and you really cannot hang anything other that shirts . I am afraid to hang jeans or towels or sheets because it may break.

Foxydry Mini - 152 cm / Grey

The product is very good. Operates smoothly, and feels very robust. The fact that it folds up into ceiling out of mind when not in use is a big plus. Absolute game-changer in housing where floor-space is limited. My only complaints: 1. The cardboard template that was provided for drilling was quite inaccurate - the holes in it were huge, but the holes on the metal brackets had no play, so I did have to redrill a hole. 2. The dimension is slightly larger than listed (by about 30mm). I had my roof space fully measured out, but I had to chisel out a section of my crown moulding to get it to fit.

La compra: fácil y tardó muy pocos días en llegar. La instalación: un poco incómodo de montar por ser de techo (mejor dos personas) y las instrucciones tienen algunos puntos no muy claros. Con el vídeo pudimos entenderlo, pero el vídeo no se puede parar, con lo que hay que verlo en bucle... Es lo que yo creo que debería mejorar. El funcionamiento: muy bien, sube y baja sin problema, es resistente (una lavadora de 8kg colgada entera en mojado y lo aguanta) y es muy cómodo, tiene un rango de altura muy amplio. Espacio: para una casa pequeña, es un antes y un después por el gran espacio que ahorras.

Product arrive and I had it fitted within a couple of hours. I’d downloaded the instructions beforehand, which allowed me to get it marked out on ceiling before it arrived. Instructions and fixings suggest fixing to concrete ceiling but ours is plasterboard and timber and luckily the joist was in a perfect position to allow fixing directly into this. Instructions are very clear and as long as you set out all the parts and steadily work through the instructions it’s fairly easy to fit, just make sure you run the cords over the top of the clutch roller before feeding it through rest of the frame.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung mit GLS, Ware in einem stabilen Karton sicher verpackt. Qualitativ super Verarbeitung und sehr sauber verarbeitet! Der Wäschetrockner ist ein toller Helfer bei Platzmangel. Aufbauanleitung auch für Laien verständlich. ACHTUNG: bitte beim Aufbau beachten, dass die beiden Schnüre unterschiedliche Längen haben! Vorschlag für den Hersteller: die Schnüre sollten aufgrund der unterschiedlichen länge in rot und grün (wie in der Anleitung) mit einem kleinen Klebeband am Ende markiert werden, um Verwechslungen beim Aufbau zu vermeiden.

Very happy with the quality of the material, and the assembly. A bit of work had to be done, before it was ready to be used. Every step is well explained with text and pictures. If you're a bit handy, it will make the job easier. Can't say much about the durability, buy it seems very solid. Absolutely worth the cost so far.

O produto é muito frágil. A corda do estendal sai constantemente das roldanas sempre que se ascende o estendal, o que obriga a ter de recolocar a corda em cada utilização do mesmo. A relação preço/qualidade não é correspondente.

A corda do Foxydry Mini 128 cm não deve sair das roldanas durante a subida/descida: isso normalmente indica que o percurso do cabo não está corretamente posicionado (ou que alguma roldana/guia precisa de ajuste). Para resolver rapidamente, pedimos que nos envie um vídeo curto a mostrar o movimento ao subir e descer (e uma foto da zona das roldanas). Assim conseguimos indicar exatamente o ajuste certo e, se houver alguma peça com defeito, tratamos da substituição. Queremos que o seu estendal de teto que poupa espaço funcione de forma suave e segura.

Bestellung in Ordnung, Lieferung erfolgte rasch – allerdings gestaltete sich der Zusammenbau etwas kompliziert, weil Teile in der Anleitung anders abgebildet sind, als sie in Wirklichkeit aussehen. Auch das Anleitungs-Video zeigt teilweise anders aussehende Teile. Grundsätzlich hätten wir uns beim Foxydry Mini nicht erwartet, dass wir diesen selbst zusammenbauen müssen, da er nicht besonders groß ist. Hier hätten wir gern 10 oder 20 Euro Versandkosten für das minimal größere Paket bezahlt und hätten uns den mühevollen Zusammenbau erspart. Das Gestell selbst wirkt recht fragil und wir werden uns tunlichst an die Empfehlung halten, nicht mehr als 10 kg nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Etwas mehr Stabilität würde dem Produkt guttun. Die größeren/teureren und somit vermutlich robusteren Modelle konnten wir mangels Platz nicht in Betracht ziehen.
