Great towel in terms of appearance and texture—a work of art. I'm deducting half a star because you're selling a towel that needs to be washed at 40 degrees Celsius. Every bath towel is still a towel, and you'd want to wash it at least at 60 degrees. This one also has a note: wash very gently at 40 degrees. I didn't expect such a product to have a significant flaw. The situation is saved by the option to iron it at 150 degrees. Someone should tell the manufacturer to use a more advanced material. As the distributor, you probably didn't expect this either. Today's technology certainly makes it possible to achieve such an aesthetic effect with greater durability to washing. At least the product was discounted and you offer price reductions.
