Einfache Bestellung und gute Kommunikation bis das Produkt eintraf. Ich denke das Brillenetui ist nicht original. Schade. Sonst aber alles einwandfrei.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The glasses arrived quickly, the prescription is perfectly accurate, and the quality is excellent. Customer service was also responsive and helpful. Will definitely order again!

Positiva, e' gia il secondo paio di occhiali da sole che acquisto con voi. Tuttavia il courier che utilizzate non va bene> non solo la data di consegna che riportavano nella corrispondenza era sbagliata, ma il giorno della consegna, giorno in cui mi ero fatto trovare a casa, hanno lasciato gli occhiali nella bucalettera SENZA che io abbia autorizzato di farlo. Dovevano suonarmi il campanello affinche io potessi scendere a ritirarli, invece hanno lasciato un valore di 250 EUR nella bucalettera (sportello / chiunque poteva aprire e rubare la merce). Pessimo operatore

Easy purchasing experience buying sunglasses but terrible service returning them. It took days for the return to be “accepted” before they could be shipped. And then they charge a $36 fee to return them. Would have expected better return terms given the products they are selling.

I really love the brand and have been ordering from the brand for over 10 years now. The only issue that I have is that when things change or when their delays on a product rather than reaching out first and telling the client nine times out of 10, the client has to reach out to get updates on their orders. If you're able to take care of that. Everything else would have been awesome even though my order was late. If you would have just kept communication open I would have been okay but having my order be more than 2 weeks late and no communication until after I responded to you makes it feel less great

The description colour for the sunglasses I wanted was the same for 2 of the items! I didn’t get the shade I wanted and the returns policy is extremely difficult. I needed the sunglasses for my trip so I’m stuck with ones I don’t love. I’m disappointed

Otticanet.com advertises as a U.S… Otticanet.com advertises as a U.S store, however the sunglasses I ordered shipped from Italy to the U.S which caused a customs clearance delay.Otticanet.com needs improvement in terms of their shipping procedures.This is not an efficient way to provide quality customer service.It has been 18 days since I placed my order on Otticanet.com and the item ,still doesn't have a delivery date.Purchasing from Otticanet.com has been a major inconvenience as I have had to call and email FedEx and Otticanet.com several times to inquire about the status of my order and its delivery delay.
